HOW TO SECURE AN EXHIBITOR’S NUMBER

Anyone wishing to secure an exhibitor’s number may do so by dropping a postal card to Lisa Wanner, 24 Runway Avenue, New Holland, PA 17557 or by sending an e-mail to cinsei@hydrosoft.net with your request.  Exhibitor’s numbers will also be issued on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 from 2 to 8:00 pm only at the Trinity Lutheran Church and the New Holland Ambulance Building, 1st floor, on the corner of Franklin Street and Roberts Avenue.

EXHIBIT HOURS

Wednesday –  after judging to 10:00 pm (closed during the parade)

Thursday & Friday – 11:00 am to 10:00 pm

Saturday – 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

No viewing exhibits after 8:00 pm on Saturday to make it easier for exhibitors to pick up their entries.  Thank you.

WHERE TO PICK UP FAIR BOOKS

Books are available in early September at the following places in New Holland:  Yoder's, New Holland Borough Hall, Stauffer's Drug Store, Achenbach's, Goody Expressions, Amelia's, People's Restaurant, J.B. Zimmerman's and S&S Grilling.
