Please note that handouts are permitted this year!!!  You may not throw anything from the vehicle or float, but you may have walkers hand items to spectators along the curbs.

Due to space limitations in the formation area on Jackson Street, only those vehicles included in the parade will be allowed into the formation area.  The area is too congested to allow vehicles hauling helpers or float riders.  Vehicle passes will be sent to you in early September, along with your confirmation letter indicating your place in the parade.  Fire police will be strictly enforcing the NO PASS, NO ENTRANCE.  Your co-operation will be greatly appreciated.
