Back To Vendor/Concessionaire Page Dear Interested Vendor, Enclosed, please find the forms to be completed to register for space at this year’s New Holland Farmer’s Fair to be held September 30 through October 3, 2009. You will find two copies of the contract outlining all the necessary information you provided. Please sign the white copy and return it along with the minimum deposit and a certificate of insurance to the address listed on the bottom of the contract. You may keep the second copy for your records for reference of balance information or as a review of charges for the Fair. PLEASE NOTE THAT SPACE SELLS QUICKLY AND IN ORDER TO
BE GUARANTEED SPACE YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN THE ABOVE STATED ITEMS WITHIN TWO
WEEKS OF RECEIPT, OTHERWISE I WILL ASSUME YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED AND WILL OFFER
THE SPACE TO OTHER INTERESTED VENDORS. All remaining balances are due by September 1, 2009. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention.
